Do not hesitate to contact any of the Student Officers about your topics, the conference as a whole or any question that you might have. It is the Student Officer's job to advise you, answer your questions and correct your draft resolutions if you wish.
Normally, all the chairs have contacted their delegates at least once so if you haven't received any information, PLEASE CONTACT THEM AND LET THEM KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Your chairs are trained to help you throughout the conference as well as beforehand, so you are more then welcomed to solicit them.
